Earthville AMJ Limited operates as a global trading and distribution platform.

We are not a manufacturer. Instead, we work with certified manufacturing partners in different countries to source, distribute, and deliver products.

All product information, including origin, certification, and packaging details, is provided transparently based on the documentation we receive from each manufacturer.

2. Certification & Labeling Policy

  • Only products produced and certified under official standards (e.g., USDA Organic, ISO, FDA, CQC, etc.) by accredited manufacturers may display such certification marks.
  • Earthville AMJ Limited does not apply or create its own certification.
  • The use of the USDA Organic seal or any organic representation is permitted only when verified by an accredited certifying body.
  • For uncertified products, no claim of “Organic” will be made on our website or marketing materials.

3. Packaging & Licensing Policy

  • Product packaging, labeling, and licensing are conducted under the responsibility of each manufacturer.
  • Earthville ensures that all packaging and documentation used for sales are consistent with the manufacturer’s certifications and comply with import/export requirements in each destination country.
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other compliance documents are available upon request.

4. Business Limitations & Disclaimer

  • Earthville AMJ Limited is not the producer of the products. All warranties regarding ingredient quality, packaging, and certification belong to the respective manufacturers.
  • Our role is limited to global distribution, order management, and customer support.
  • Any certification (e.g., USDA Organic, ISO, GMP) is valid only at the manufacturer level, not at the Earthville corporate entity level.
  • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, customers should verify product-specific certifications directly with the listed manufacturer when necessary.

5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

We are committed to complying with all applicable international standards and regulations, including USDA Organic requirements, and will take immediate corrective actions when issues are identified.
